We are docked next to the iconic blue tower, the jetty entrance is in front of Spero Greek Restaurant and Prawn Star Trawlers. 

Passengers need to arrive 15 - 30 minutes prior to depature.

We aim to make our experiences as accessible as possible; however, our deck space has various obstacles and is not wheelchair friendly. 

We have 3 steps down a ladder to access the bathroom and saloon area.

Our Canoes Tours (2025) will be 100% accessible 

Yes, we have a comfortable bathroom on board. 

We require a minimum number of 8 passengers to run our cruises. Therefore, we kindly ask you to understand and keep in mind that we may need to cancel the cruise and reschedule you to another day. Please keep an eye on your email or mobile. If we cancel your cruise, you are entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled date. 

The safety and well-being of our passengers is at the forefront of our company. If the weather forecast is heavy rain/winds we will communicate the status of your trip within 24 hours. If your trip is postponed, your tickets can be used on any future tours, or a voucher of the same value can be supplied and is valid for 3 years. If neither of those options are suitable, a refund can be provided.

Cancellations less than 48 hours of departure will forfeit the full cost of the trip. 

Failure to turn up for your trip incurs a 100% cancellation fee. No refund.

Cancellations 48 hours prior can receive a credit/voucher or a refund may be provided.

No. Our vessel has a fully licensed bar with a range of local craft beer, local spirits and cocktails

Yes some dietaries can be accommodated upon booking.
